The heaviest showers extend across the near shore Atlantic waters into Biscayne Bay and into the Miami Dade and Broward County metro areas. These showers will move north near 10 mph and produce brief and sometimes heavy downpours with rainfall accumulations from one half to one quarter inch in the heaviest showers.
