I spent my Sunday cleaning my hull which I suppose is the same as someone cleaning their car on a Sunday?! I had to hang on to the boat with one hand whilst the other hand was free to scrub away - jet skis and motor boats would scream past and bash me into the hull of my boat! Later I relaxed with new friends and old friends and my friend barbecued my Octopus and it was very tasty! There was still enough Octopus to have a curry as well. So far the octupus has fed 2 people for one meal, 4 people for another meal and will feed 2 more people for another meal! I am rather proud of my catch!! I am going to try and catch some mackerel next - I have seen a few hovering around my boat so watch this space!!

Hi Sassy!
It sounds wonderful down there. What’s the air/water temperature there right now?
PS.
Here you can find a lot of interesting recipes for octopus:

Thanks for the tips on cooking octopus - I was rather at a loss when I first it as octopus is not a typical British meal. The temperature is good today about 24 degrees - not brave enough to go in the water it felt cold when I was cleaning the hull - hanging half in and half out of my dinghy today.
But I saw another "Lookdown" fish hanging around my dinghy today and I have read that they are really tasty to eat but have grown fond of my little friend who follows me and my boat around - you can see him in the picture.
